To help the integral development of the Bolivar Community through guidance, training and the execution of the project with a very high sense in the social way who create quality of life and are reflecting for the Youth People and useful to the society and builders of peace.
Vision
The Foundation Surgir Por Colombia, is a legal organization constituted by sensitive people to help the community with no resources, with the objective of encourage the prosperity basic on the development, and cultures values thought programs and projects for the society with out ignoring the constitutionals laws.
Beginning
eneral Objetives.
To promote strategic that guide the training and execution of the socials projects to develop the community values and create better opportunities for the life of the youth of the Bolivar people.
Specific Objectives.
• To train the youth people of Bolivar to the Marginalizes Stratums with seminars and community project to get a responsibility for the society.
• To advise futures mini-entrepreneurs with the objective of promoting jobs and motive the youth people to be successful.
• To develop specific plans of productive works to youth people who have disabled problems to dignify their social role.
• To contribute the development of leadership ( With The Youth People Who Already Finished High School and they haven’t had the chance to go College.
• To work with known organizations to do theoretical practice workshop about technology and computer systems for the Youth People take advantage of these knowledge and will use them for their futures organizations or business.
• To organize cultural events, sports, intellectuals to explore talents in the different modalities.
• To induce the work of the citizens that permits assimilate the human rights for their own benefits and the community.
• To develop socials activities with the sense of promoting the culture and the rest of the events that help the improvement of culture.
• To promote informal pedagogy campaigns of solidarity for the Youth People, Women and Family talking about values and the violence in the families.
• To advise business with young mothers who are head of the family so they have a better life condition.
